Who comes to my home and how do I know it is you?
Always a Crisalda valuer, employed and trained by the company. Before the appointment we send you his name, photo and ID number. You can call us to confirm before opening the door.
How is the value calculated?
We start from the day's gold price, published on this website, and the weight and fineness of each piece (750 for 18 carat gold). The valuer sets the value after seeing the condition of each piece and gives it to you in writing before you decide anything.
Can I say no after seeing the value?
Yes, always. There is no obligation to sell. We pack up, leave, and you pay nothing.
How and when am I paid?
By bank transfer the moment you accept. You see the transfer receipt before we leave your home.

Can I change my mind after selling?
Yes. You have fourteen days from the visit to take your pieces back. You return the amount we paid and we hand them back exactly as they left your home, with no explanation and no penalty.
