Cookie policy

This English version is provided for information. If there is any difference, the Spanish version prevails.

Last updated 27 September 2026

We publish this policy in compliance with Article 22.2 of the Ley 34/2002, de 11 de julio, de servicios de la sociedad de la información y de comercio electrónico, and the guidelines of the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

1. What a cookie is

A small file that a website stores in your browser to remember information about you or your visit. Depending on who sets it, it can be first-party (the website you visit) or third-party (another company). Depending on its purpose, it can be technical, preferences, analytics or advertising. Depending on its duration, it can be a session cookie (deleted when you close the browser) or a persistent one.

2. What cookies this website uses

None. crisalda.com does not install any first-party or third-party cookies of any kind, and it does not store information in your browser's memory either. This is why we do not show you a cookie notice when you arrive.

This website does not install any cookies.

3. How we count visits without cookies

When you open the page we record a visit using data that your browser sends to any website. This is the website you come from, whether you use a mobile or a computer, the language and time zone of the browser and, if there is one, the campaign that brought you. We do not store anything on your device, we do not identify you and we do not follow you on other websites. More details in the privacy policy.

4. External services

The website's typefaces are downloaded from an external service, which receives your IP address in order to send them and does not install cookies. If you click the WhatsApp link, you leave this website and move to that service, which has its own cookie policy.

5. If one day we use cookies

Before installing any cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will ask for your permission with a clear notice, with the option to reject them as visible as the option to accept them. We will update the table on this page with each cookie, who sets it, what it is for and how long it lasts, and you will be able to change your choice in cookie settings.

6. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
