Best value guaranteed.

These are the terms of the two guarantees that Crisalda offers to anyone who sells it their pieces. They are the improvement of a written valuation and the right to change your mind. They form part of every purchase we make.

1. Who offers this guarantee

Crisalda is a brand of iBerotech Ltd. The company details are in the legal notice.

2. We improve your written valuation

If you hold a written valuation from another buyer of gold, silver or watches, we offer you a better value at your home for the same pieces.

3. Which valuations we accept

• In writing, on paper or in digital format.
• Issued by a business that buys precious metals in Spain, showing its name and contact details.
• Showing the date, the description of the pieces and the value they offered you.
• Valid under the terms of the business that issued it.

You do not need to have sold or to be about to sell. It is enough that you hold it.

4. How it applies

• Show it to the valuer during the visit.
• We weigh and check the pieces at your table, in front of you, as in any visit.
• If the pieces match those in the valuation, we give you a better value for them in writing.
• If only some of them match, the improvement applies to those pieces.
• You decide whether to sell. If you say no, we leave and you pay nothing.

5. What is not covered

• Pieces different from those described in the valuation, or with a different weight or carat.
• Offers that are not in writing.
• Valuations made by private individuals.

6. Fourteen days to change your mind

If you sell us your pieces, you have fourteen days from the visit to get them back. You do not have to give any reason and there is no penalty.

• Call or write to us and we will tell you how to do it.
• You return the amount we paid you.
• We hand back your pieces just as they left your home, sealed and with your receipt.

7. No cost

These guarantees have no cost. The visit and the valuation remain free of charge and do not oblige you to sell.

8. Questions and complaints

Write to us at info@crisalda.com or call us on 608 842 304, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 21:00. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you act as a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction.

9. Changes

If we change these terms, we will publish the new version on this page with its date. Each purchase is governed by the terms in force on the day of the visit.
